Lock away a storage tank's filling point from tampering
The CTS Fuel Tank Fill Point Cabinet provides secure storage for oil or diesel tank filling points, preventing tampering and theft. It features a top-entry 2” fill point, a lever ball valve for isolation, and a filler cap to prevent dripping. Additionally, the removable drip tray has a sight glass and an easy-grip handle, allowing convenient emptying and cleaning even when the cabinet is locked. The partial glass front enables viewing of alarms and gauges, ensuring timely fuel delivery.
The CTS Fuel Filling Cabinet offers a unique advantage over other alternatives on the market: its partial glass front. When an installed gauge indicates a low fuel level, anyone near the tank can recognise that a fuel delivery is needed, even when the cabinet is closed.
In contrast, models with full metal doors would only reveal this information when the cabinet is next opened, potentially leading to unexpected fuel shortages. The glass front secures the tank fill point out of sight and reach behind the lockable cabinet door. Additionally, if the glass is broken, no siphoning fitting can be attached.
This fuel filling cabinet is designed for installation on the side of a steel storage tank, an external bund, or a wall in remote filling point scenarios. It’s commonly used as a remote fill cabinet in oil heating installations where the tank isn’t easily accessible to the fuel delivery driver.
Please keep in mind that alarms and gauges need to be purchased separately for customised configurations. The cabinet’s back plate features pre-threaded mounting holes for straightforward installation of multiple alarms and gauges
